Cedar Hill Landscape Contractors maintains, improves and installs commercial landscapes across Metro Atlanta and the Charleston area. Our owners spent their careers in the field, in estimating and in leadership at some of the Southeast’s largest landscape companies. We started Cedar Hill to run one the way we always believed it should be run.
Who we are
Property owners and managers have long been asked to choose between a small local contractor and a national provider. One knows your property but can’t keep up as your portfolio grows. The other has scale, but decisions get made several layers away from you.
Cedar Hill sits in between. We are large enough to take care of an entire portfolio and follow you into new markets, and close enough to ownership that when something needs a decision, the person you call can make it.
Each of our owners started on crews and worked their way up through operations, account management, estimating and sales. We have built maintenance divisions, turned around struggling branches and guided regional companies through growth. Cedar Hill brings that experience under one roof, with owners who are on your properties, not just on paper.
What we do
Landscape maintenance
Year-round care for commercial properties: mowing, pruning, bed care, seasonal color, turf and ornamental programs, irrigation management and leaf season. Every account has a named manager and a written service plan.
Enhancements
Planting upgrades, mulch and pine straw, drainage corrections, tree work and seasonal projects that keep a property looking its best between major improvements.
New construction installation
Landscape and irrigation installation for builders, developers and general contractors, from community entrances and amenity centers to multifamily and commercial sites, built with the long-term maintenance in mind.

Before the first service day, we agree with you on who you will hear from, how often, and what you will see in our reports. Then we hold ourselves to it.

We hire experienced crews, pay them fairly and give them the equipment and scheduling they need. The tools we use to report on your property are designed to keep crews working, not filling out paperwork.
